 THE IRISH SETTER IS30 PROGRAM

We in the Alberta Red Wing Stores are committed to trying to provide our customers with the full range of products available from the Red Wing Shoe Corporation. However due to space and other resource constraints, we recognize that we cannot carry every item of footwear that is available.

This is why we have developed the IS30 program to let you purchase your IRISH SETTER footwear through our stores, WITH SAVINGS OF 30% OFF THE REGULAR RETAIL PRICES.

Following are the program details

1. the Red Wing stores will not be stocking  all of these items. We do stock some of the popular styles, but where you wish to purchase a style we do not stock, we will place immediate "special orders" with the US warehouse. These special orders normally take about 10 days to arrive at the store.
2. the customer is responsible for determining their own correct style and size.
3. the boots must be PREPAID IN FULL at the time of ordering.
4. exchanges ( only ) will be available, but the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Boots must be returned unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
5. normal warranties will apply, and of course, boots with manufacturers defects will be exchanged/replaced as appropraite
   6. a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $8.95 will be applied to all orders that have to be shipped within Canada ( lower Provinces only )

This new program will best suit anyone who has already worn Irish Setter boots, and therefore is familair with the style and size they require. Also, if you have found a boot elsewhere that you like, but are not able to quickly order it through those channels, we can do that under this program with our "rapid special order" program.
